Always Looking for Motivation

Hello. I joined fitness pal initially because I wanted something to keep track of my meals with. Although I have a few pounds left I'd like to lose, my primary goal is and has been to increase my nutrition. I believe a healthy diet means a healthy body and a healthy mind.

I've upset that goal many times since I've joined. Just the other day my meals included a bag of Cheetos and almost a whole box of macaroni and cheese that I added cheese to. (I have a weakness for cheese.)

I'm really serious now about getting my nutrition under control. I work out, and I don't have the same energy when all I've been eating are refined sugars for the past week. Not only that, my body reacts badly to the junk I eat (why this hasn't stopped me, I don't know). I'm ready to make a change and make a permanent change. No more binging. No more having just one last sweet before I start eating right. And when I do indulge a little, no more serving myself two bowls of ice cream for my "indulgence."

I'm determined now, but I have a history of inconsistency, especially when it comes to diet. I could always use extra motivation, so I'm hoping that by staying connected to the fitness pal community I can keep myself on track.

Also, I've been trying to go gluten free for a while and I'm also pescetarian. (I have a gluten sensitivity and I'm just not a big meat eater.) It's hard to do the two together. If anyone else does these two, I'd love to hear your advice!
