How often should I weigh myself during bulk phase

I'm an avid runner but want to gain around 5 - 10 lbs of muscle. I started the Body Beast program by Beach Body and am in my third week. I'm following the schedule and the eating plan but weighed myself for the first time this week and haven't gained a pound. Any advice on how often I should weigh myself and when to adjust my diet?

Weigh every day, in the morning after you've been to the bathroom. But, use a weekly average to track your progress. Add 200 daily calories each week until you see the scales going up.0

I've been able to add roughly 5 lbs each week to my weights so far. I'll turn weighing every day but making changes on a weekly average.0

Some of your early gains in lifting are likely neuromuscular in engaging more of your muscle fibers. I would wait until you start seeing a stall before thinking about adding more calories.0
