I am really just starting out trying to do all of this. I need some suggestions on simple work outs so that I have some place to start and work up from there. It seems like I have no body strength at all. Please somebody help me. =/

Below are some of my favorite workouts for when I'm on the road-- simple, equipment free, and effective:
Workout #1:
15 Squats
10 Sit ups
5 push ups
Workout #2:
30 push ups
30 second hand stand
Workout #3:
10 to 1 Ladder-
Hollow rocks
Burpees
Workout #4:
15 walking lunges
10 butter fly sit ups
5 tuck jumps
Workout #5:
1 minute squat hold
1 minute push up hold
You can do these workouts individually, combine them, make them sets/rounds, or as AMRAPs (As Many Rounds As Possible in "x" minutes, usually between 5-30 depending on how you're feeling)
A "10 to 1 Ladder" workout is where you have 2 exercises, Round 1 you do 10 of Ex1 and 1 of Ex 2, Round 2 you do 9 of Ex 1 and 2 of Ex 2, Round 3 you do 8 of Ex 1 and 3 of Ex 2, etc.0 -
Thank you very much. Anyone else have any suggestions?0
