    You can cook up a whole chicken, chicken breasts or chicken thighs ahead of time. You may shred the meat and prepare a myriad of ways.

    Get yourself some wraps/tortillas. Seasonings include sriracha mixed up with a little mayonnaise, mustard rough or smooth, or salsa. Add a dark lettuce.
