Hi everyone,
I've been on my fitness journey for just over 3 years now and I've learned so much! I still love to learn new things in the gym and in terms of nutrition. I've lost 45 lbs total and not looking to loose any more on the scale. I am a weight lifting fan and spend a lot of time in the gym

    Hi, can I add you, just trying to get back on the right track I recently gained 25lbs that lost back and am in need of motivation. Keep up the great work.
