    Well, I'm a Minnesotan but a former Dade county resident (Hialeah& Miami Springs). Having lost alot of weight about 5 years ago was great but I've let bad habits infect so many healthy changes & now is the time for getting solid good health habits in place again. You can do this and will not ever regret your best effort.
