Hello from Northern Virginia

Hey everyone,

I've been doing a pretty good job at logging in for almost 3 weeks now, so I thought I'd finally say hi since it seems I'm actually going to stick with this. So Hi! I'm here to lose some weight and figure out how to maintain it. I am in the military, currently on active duty, and I'm in grad school - so I have to remain fit and below a certain weight for my job, but the amount of sedentary time required for studying and sitting in class (not to mention the stress of maintaining a certain GPA) makes it difficult to also control the weight.

I'm looking forward to making friends and offering some support in this journey.
