Gluten free and pescetarian. Any advice on quick meals?

I struggle a little with planning meals due to my diet restrictions. I have several go to meals, but I get bored of the same things over and over again.
Does anyone know of quick meals I could make for lunch? Also, if you also happen to be the above, maybe we can exchange notes. I struggle with the gluten free, but I have a sensitivity, so I know I've got to try.

Hi! I have lots of great gf recipes but I like almost everything! Today for example I had homemade tabbouleh using quinoa instead of bulgar with added chick peas & homemade Brazilian cheese bread.
I also love making budda bowls -1/2 c grain (rice,quinoa etc), 3/4 c bean or pulse (lentil, chick pea, black bean) and 3 cups greens (kale,spring mix, spinach) add a few tbsp of your faciurite dressing and its lunch, or dinner!

I tried the Buddha bowl. It was so easy to throw together and delicious!
I tossed it with feta cheese though, instead of dressing.
