Hello everyone, I'm a 21 year old engineering student from Israel.
I've had some ups and downs with my fitness: last summer I worked out a lot, shed about 10 kg and was in good shape, I even set a personal record of running 3 km in 13 minutes, faster than 115 of the 120 people who ran with me.
Then I had a rough year, I was busy 24/7 which resulted in gaining back all that weight and then some. Now that the year is "over" (still have a lot of work, but not as much) I got myself to get back into fitness. I've been using this app for three weeks now, lost 4 kg so far, I've been going to the gym three times a week and jogging outside at least twice out of the remaining four days of the week. Hopefully I can keep this up for as long as it takes.
I only just learned about the community part of the app. I don't know if it would help me yet, but it sure can't hurt!
