Jamie Eason Livefit

I've just started Jamie Eason's Livefit workout program that consists of three phases. I found out about it on bodybuilding.com and was wondering if anyone has tried it and if you had any results!

It's not a great program for beginners. It's better to build up our total body strength using a 3x a week full body lifting program before doing a body split program like live fit.

Nevermind I looked back at your posts and you have been doing so for 4 months? That's still in the beginner range unless you are not making any progress on your lifts. What are your goals. I would still stick with a beginner program (you had mentioned strong curves?) before moving onto something like live fit as you still have a lot of beginner potential. Honestly live fit is not a great program and I made way more progress in 1 month of strong curves (the advanced version even though it is not advanced) than I did the entire live fit program which I did right before it.

Stronglifts 5x5. My question to the OP was about her experience with a specific program, not to justify why I think it's a good program for me. I appreciate you giving your opinion, but really am just looking to have my original question answered. Thanks!

Well I have done the program and was giving my opinion. This is an old thread so the likelihood that she'll return is not high. I don't think it is a very good program at all and it promotes overuse injuries. I found it a waste of time and I progressed way faster in 1 month of strong curves advanced version which I switched to right after live fit than the entire live fit program but I guess since I'm not the op you don't care. I gather from your other posts you started strong lifts in July so you still have a lot of newbie potential strength gains left so I would take advantage of those before moving to a less efficient program like live fit.

Also not a fan, but everyone's goals are different.
