Fat loss workouts?

Hi!

does someone know any fat mobilizing work outs which could raise my metabolic/mitochondrial capacity?


I know HIIT but what else?
Is it necessary to train in a specific heart beat range?

    L carnitine but no proof it works.
    A calorie deficit is the only thing that burns fat. HIIT burns more calories through EPOC but it's also shown that in the end steady state cardios calorie burn is comparable to HIIT
