Anyone else have this issue? I'm a very consistent at exercising, and eating healthy and with strict calorie control through the day. My problem has always been evening snacking. Shortly after dinner, I want to begin snacking on anything can get my hands on, while I'm watching TV and playing on my phone. Any tips to help with this issue?

I have that issue too! My solution is mostly just to save calories for that time of day, since I know I enjoy those snacks and am not really willing to cut them out. Although I do have "safe snacks" - for example, I can only eat 200 calories worth of popcorn before I'm full so I often use popcorn to snack on.
Sometimes I also just have to accept that I'm not eating because I'm hungry, I'm eating because I'm tired, and maybe turn in a little earlier that night.0
