Okay so I've made pasta salad and chicken salad with Greek yogurt and it's really great and everything, but I'm making chicken salad and egg salad for company and I'm havinga bit of a hang up about replacing mayo in Egg salad for Greek yogurt
Has anybody actually tried that?
I feel like the mayo and egg salad are made for each other and I don't want to make a strange egg salad for company

All you can do is try it and see if you like it! Maybe company will love it!0

When you make your salad before you add mayo take a couple of eggs worth and try the recipe with yogurt. Give yourself a little taste test.0

I prepare my egg, tuna, salmon and chicken salad with equal amounts of mayo and Fage, among other things; I like it and so does my husband but we all have different taste. Try it and you may like it or maybe not. There is only one way to find out.0
