I'm looking to reduce my sodium intake.

I need to get 600-800 calories for breakfast.

I've been eating lots of eggs, cheese and bacon usually wrapped in a tortilla.

Going to cut out the bacon, but what can i replace it with? I'm thinking beans maybe?

Thanks!

I actually throw some shredded chicken in with my scrambled eggs. Make a big batch of thighs every week, shred it, and use it in all kinds of things.

I'm not looking to reduce sodium at breakfast, but the meat I use in my tortilla is turkey. Natural turkey breast is low sodium. I cook the big cutlets once, subdivide them into the portions size I want, then store the excess in the fridge for a few days.
