Hi I weight 143lbs, 5'2 20 yrs. female. My current goal weight is 130lbs (after that I want to see myself in the 120-125 range).

I plan on doing insanity workouts only 4 days a week and eating 1300 calories a day meaning on workout days I will eat more to reach that.

It will be based on home cooked meals, healthy eating, but no dieting, just a healthy lifestyle eating foods I enjoy. I was wondering if I do this how long it will take to reach my goal weigh (a healthy steady range).

Also, please correct me if I am not eating enough calories or eating too little , I am new at this :)
As well, please share if you are my height and are planning on losing weight as well .
