Issue with bending wrists

Ever since I was young, I haven't been able to bend/pivot my wrists at a 90 degree angle like most (this was realized when I couldn't move up in gymnastics because I couldn't properly do a front/back walkover). The issues this cause are a bit irritating - in that it's hard to do anything push-up related, or even any exercises that require me to lean backward with my hands pointed toward my feet (which almost requires bending wrists at more than 90*).

To get a visual, if you google namaste hands, my wrists only bend as far as the majority of imagery usually used as a representation of the namaste hand position. I have tried going up on my knuckles, and this mostly works for regular push ups, but for anything else that requires wrist usage and holding up your body, my wrists just can't hold up, or I at least get worried of injury from incorrect form. Does anybody else have this issue, or have any other solution besides going on your knuckles - or even besides using small weights and holding them.. because with the higher speed circuits I'm doing - lugging little weights to each switch of movement isn't exactly efficient. Thanks for any advice :)
