When I first started working out more strenuously, I tried Amino Energy at half the recommended strength because the flavor was too much for me. Even at half, I experienced the same feelings the OP describes. Shaky, jittery. I thought it was bc I work out on an empty stomach, tried using less powder, more water and eventually realized that it wasn't really impacting my workout and gave it up entirely.0

I had same problem. If you do use it cut the dosage in half see if that works for you. Something is better then nothing if you need a boost.0

Skip it. They don't agree with me, either, so I cut them out. Same with eating before a workout. Everyone says you "have" to do it, but it makes me nauseous. I feel better and perform better in a fasted state. There comes a point where we have to listen to our bodies and do what feels best for us.0
