Re-starting...

Hi all,
I've been part of this community before, quite a while ago, and successfully lost a stone and a half through help from this app/website. I also learned a lot about weight training, running and general fitness which I started to incorporate into my weight loss too - gaining quite a bit of definition during my loss!

However, since this I have gained back about a stone of the weight and had a serious drop in cardiovascular fitness due to general stress in life, lack of going to the gym and a very demanding job (with very unsociable hours)...

I am now looking to lose this weight again (I am not overweight but more what is known as 'skinny fat', so I guess I'm looking to lose fat rather than general weight) and get back into my exercise as I enjoyed it a lot.

I'm looking for friends with similar goals to help motivate one another and swap advice!
