Absolutely nothing. It is physically impossible. That would be like turning apples into tractor tires.
You can burn fat by eating in a calorie deficit (i.e., ingesting fewer calories than you burn throughout the day). If you follow a progressive resistance program, such as lifting weights or doing bodyweight exercises, you can strengthen your muscles and help retain muscle tissue while eating in a deficit. You can also build *some* muscle doing this. Keep in mind that the amount of muscle built will be less than if you were to eat at maintenance or above.
If you are at a healthy weight but have fat to lose, you can choose to eat at around maintenance and recomp, which allows you to burn fat and build muscle over the long term. You aren't technically doing them both at the same second in time but over that long period you are doing it.3 -
You can't.
Two seperate things.
If you find a way, you will make Bill Gates look like a pauper.1 -
lol at apples to tire reference. Too funny. You have to swap one for the other as stated. Diet and exercise. Use the MFP tools but look up calories elsewhere or at least compare your labels to the canned lists offered as there are MANY bogus entries for calories.0
