OK, confession time, I previously lost 70 lbs using myfitnesspal and stupidly I went and put it on again, partly by stopping tracking and partly by life stress.
I'm 38 and I have no intention of being overweight when I am 40 so now is the time to make a change for good.
I have 85 lbs to lose which I reckon will take me a year to do. I'm interested in anyone willing to be friends and share the journey.
I'm in the UK but happy to add anyone from anywhere that has a similar goal.
