I am currently trying low carb and have made some cookies/biscuits for us UK folk.
The recipient has made 18 biscuits but I'm finding it impossible to calculate my carbs and fat...any simple help much appreciated.

When you go into your Food Diary and enter a meal it is one of the tabs called "Recipes".1

The recipe tab sometimes disappears off the right hand side of the screen and you have to scroll to get it.
It's one of the best things about mfp, I find it amazingly useful.0
