I just bought a huge container of ground psyllium husk to make this recipe (http://www.mytootiefoodie.com/magic-low-carb-soft-pretzels/). The pretzels came out delightful! They are a bit high calorie to eat all the time. How do you like to use ground psyllium husk?
ETA: I've pinned a bunch of ideas from pinterest and a google search, but I'm hoping to hear from folks that have had success making the recipe they share!

I add a huge heaping tablespoon to my morning protein smoothie and have had that every morning for six months without getting sick of it. The other ingredients are 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder, 1 plain cup of Greek yogurt and 1/2 cup of frozen wild blueberries. Top with water and blend in my bullet for 10 seconds.
Down almost 80 lbs so far and I really think my breakfast is an important part of my success.2 -
