62 and new here

Hi my name is MissDi and I am new to this program. Looking for other women in their late 50's and in their 60's to help me get motivated with exercise and stay on track with my food. I need to lose at least 15 lbs by October to look some better. In the long run, I need to lose much more than that. I am a grandma and want to be a healthy one. I do good for awhile then I fall off the wagon. Hoping for success and long term change this time.
