hi im new, trying to gain weight and losing bf, any tips?

Hi so my name is Andy and im 20, im new at tracking my calories and everything its being a little bit hard to gain weight, so i would like to meet other people with the same goals or people who knows about this and can give some tips, i would be so thankful, and i also hope to make new friends here so we can share or progresss and experiences in this amazing journey.

eat 3000-5000 to gain weight slowly abd steadly or up to 7000 to gain weight fast eat plenty of high calorie foods and beverages with calories eat at least 3 meals a day0

You can't gain weight and lose body fat at the same time unfortunately (without the use of steroids that is). Gaining weight while following an appropriate lifting routine will result in lean mass gains as well as fat gains. There isn't a way to gain purely muscle.
