Any cellulite success stories? I'm only 21 years old and already have it pretty severely. :/

    I'm 23 and I used to have it terribly bad (now, its not AS bad, but still here..thanks genetics). But I suggest lunges, squats squats squats, and I walk/jog about 2 miles everyday. It really helped. I noticed a big difference when I started doing squats and static lunges tho. Just keep it up, they'll get better.

    I'd have to say the lunges and squats have really helped me, I see a big difference. Try and get some relatively heavy weights on a barbell and put it on your shoulders behind your neck when you do your squats, it helps melt the cheese a little faster :-)
