I'm happy where I am at 5'6", 127 pounds, so I guess that's my ideal weight. Mix of cardio and lifting.2

As a 5'6" guy, my goal is 130.0

5'6'' and I feel great with a lot of muscle mass at around 130, puts me at a size 40

This is going to vary widely. I am fine with my current weight (148) but would like to lose more fat.1

I'm 5'6 and my personal goal is 1353

I don't quite know yet, but I think my goal will be in the 135-145 range.2

I'm 140lbs and fairly happy, but I plan to continue on at a teeny tiny deficit and expect to be somewhere in the 130s by summer 2017.
ETA: I'm 5'6", 55 y/o, and started at 168lbs.1 -
I'm 5'6". When I was losing I was aiming for 130Lbs. 14 years later at 51 I'm aiming for 135 as my post menopause goal.
14 years ago my "go to" was 100Lbs for 5ft and 5Lbs per inch after that4 -
I'm 5'6 and my goal is to get down to 1351

5'7 my first target is 118, from there I want to lift heavy to build big muscles. Not sure what my weight will be then.0

I'm 5' 6" and broad shouldered, small breasts and wide hips. Top weight was 204. Current weight 160. Ultimate goal weight perhaps 142. That was my weight 5 years after after kids and when I was very active, running and playing soccer and paddling (racing dragonboats)
Weight before kids 122-I had to gain to get pregnant. 122 is too little for me.
I'm 57 now and that 142 looks awfully good if I can hit it.2 -
5'6.5"
44
SW: 182
CW: 138
GW: 125-130
I got down to 133 but found it hard to maintain when I wasn't exercising but now i'm back in the gym. So I want to try it again. Plus if I hit 125 and it's to low. It will be fun to gain weight. Lol0 -
I am 5'6", broad shoulders, smaller waist, wide hips, muscular legs without specifically working them. My ideal weight is 140-145.0

@jrulo16 You do realize 118 is considered underweight for a woman of your height right??
I am 5 ft 7 and weigh 150 atm...I wear a size 4/6..
OP I don't care what the scale says to be honest...I know what I weigh based on me getting on it about 1 month ago...just to check in here...and this is why I don't care
