Well I am pretty new on here and have no idea what Im supposed to use the blog for??? Any suggestions?

    Lol anything you want! I didn't even know they had blogs until like 3 days ago!

    I notice a lot of people use it to just vent their frustrations, ideas, thoughts on progress, and successes. There's also several people that post favorite recipes and stuff too!

    You can write about whatever you want, or leave it completely blank if you prefer. I tend to use mine to share recipes or talk about my weightlifting progress.

    I make mine private and use it take notes on what programs/progress I want to do. You can pretty much do what you want with it.
