Looking for support and motivation

Hi there,
I've been using MFP off and on for the past 4 years and today I not only realized I have never reached my goal but I also weigh more than I ever have. I need support and motivation. In the past two years I've put on nearly 30 pounds, the majority of which was after a major surgery that removed part of my lung. I've always been active and in pretty good health but have really struggled getting back in the saddle since my surgery. On top of that my life has gotten much fuller (which is a positive!) and my opportunities to exercise are limited. What suggestions do you all have for finding time and motivation? Especially after a long period of being out of the habit?
