Getting back on track

Greetings,

I am not new on this community, but I have been gone for a while. I've really let my eating and workouts go as in the past year I had two jobs and attended night school full time. I was trying desperately to change careers, and I did it! I got out of teaching and entered the field of IT.

Now I have my nice job, no night classes, time to cook, time to read, and I'm starting to miss that healthy body. I am ready to make time for my health again. I am looking for a good support network. Feel free to friend me so we can do this together.
