Walk around like a zombie trying to get everyone up, moving and ready for the day. Show up at the office with two different shoes on and my shirt inside out.0

Wake up, chug a bunch of water.
Maybe have a cup of coffee or tea.
Write, paint.
After an hour or so of that, get a work out in or go to work (depends on the day).0 -

LOL ...I love it....
Wake up at 4am, weigh myself, turn on the computer, make coffee, take the dog for a walk, feed dog, get on the computer with coffee, wake up kids for school....then realize it is a normal Saturday....

Up at 5:30. Shower dress and out the door. Hit the local coffee shop. In the office and set up by 7:00. Down to the cafeteria for breakfast at 7:30. 3500 steps in by then.0

Wake up at 6 to the chorus of my dog snoring, my cat howling for food, and my Guinea pig squeeling. Silently cry and feed them all, make little one lunch, try to grab ice from microwave, or bread from fridge. Take my IV of coffee. Tell my boyfriend I love him and then spend the rest of the morning wondering why I wasn't lucky enough to be born into royalty.0

Wake up at 8:30, don eyeglasses and turn on television, check email and social media, meet my caregiver, who helps me get ready for the day ahead, establish a baseline fasting blood sugar, take morning meds if prescribed, drink coffee with breakfast, Quiet Time at 11, and spend the rest of the morning in worship.0

Alarm goes off at 5:30....hit snooze until I finally turn off the alarm and go back to sleep. Usually wake around 7 or 7:30 and jump out of bed. I start running around like a chicken with my head cut off to get dressed. Shower, makeup, clothes, sometimes I dry my hair. Doing all of that while repeating get up over and over to my 10 year old before he finally climbs out of bed and dresses so I can drive like Mario Andretti to make it to work usually by 8:30.0

Lately, stay in bed until the last possible minute, and then some. Get up in a panic, let the dogs out while I throw on clothes, realized I forgot to pack any food for the day, grab boiled eggs and fruit...again... crate dogs, rush to work late and put on my makeup partially at red lights, then finish after I get to work. Then play on mfp until someone else gets here. ;-)0

Today, I was up between 9-10 and began to open up apt. as it was shaping up to be a beautiful day in NJ. Made a late decision to do 20 minutes on treadmill, then showered, made breakfast and putzed around on computer. Tommorrow could be totally different. I am a retiree. I love the freedom to decide how each morning is gonna go, lol.0

Alarm goes off at 5am, snooze for 15 minutes, get up, shower, get lunch out of fridge and ready to bring to work, feed the dog, convince the dog to give up my chair so I can sit and put on shoes after dressing, take dog for walk, drive to work, log on computer for next 11 hours at work0
