Having reached your weight goal is it easy?

Does maintaining your new weight goal get easier rather than trying to gain the weight. Do you remove the surplus calories when you've reached your goal.

    You will need less calories to maintain than bulk. But if you slip back into old ways, you might find yourself losing again. Easy is really relative to the person. I find maintaining and gaining easy.
