Inspirational to say the least! Very well done! How do you feel looking at your results? Besides clothes-shopping, what's been the most-significant difference in your life?

I am still not where I want to be. I am happy with the progress I have made so far. I will start lifting once I but around 10% body fat. Currently at 17.3%. The biggest difference in my life is the ability to perform tasks easier. Splitting wood, walking, biking, etc. I'm 35 and 6'2". I stayed around 195-200 for the past 6 months. I am now getting back on track to hopefully get some and showing.

    Some more starting pics.

I am approximately where you started - lighter, but 6'1" and about 240. My goal isn't really a number, however I will lose 45lbs of fat. That's the target. Mostly because I'm tired of living my life as a "Before" picture :)

    Nice job - GREAT job!
