Ive got my macros set right I think, but wondering what they should be set for to get lean and ripped? Any suggestions?

    Calorie deficit for weight loss. Calorie surplus, enough protein and resistance training for muscle building. 0.8 grams of protein per pound of lean body mass is the most usual recommendation.
