Hi I am just getting started on my fitness pal, I have struggled with my weight my whole life but finally it clicked for me and I was finally for once in my life in really great shape then life happened I bought a house, got engaged, got a dog, got married ,got another dog, got pregnant had a baby boy and then one day realize I was no longer taking time to work out and eat as healthy as I could be and now I have a lot of weight to lose and a long way to get back to my healthy happy self. Any advice inspiration or ideas are welcome thank you!
