"Steps"

I just want to say it's amazing the tools you can find around your house to use to work out! I have my treadmill in my garage (only place that has room for it). And there's a good 2 steps from the garage into my kitchen. I thought, what the heck... People do "steps" all the time to workout! So I grabbed my measuring tape. 7inches........uhm... Perfect? heck yes!

So my question, Would I use the aerobics steps? or the step-ups vigorous on here when logging minutes?

What other tools have YOU found around your home to use to workout? I'm always trying to be creative in finding new stuff to do.

    Nedfitness.com has some good bodyweight circuit routines that can be done at home with no equipment. They're a good, simple workout.
