Introduction

Hi all - I am Vicky and I live near Nashville, TN. I am 60 yrs old and want to loose a minimum of 50 lbs. Losing 50 lbs will put me at 200 lbs... my first BIG goal. I am down 7 lbs since 8/1. I work out with a trainer for 30 min 3 x a week and try to maintain 1400 calories a day. This is the first time in my life I have ever used a personal trainer. So far so good. I have had RNY gastric bypass but I am one of the "fortunate" or I would say "UNFORTUNATE" ones that has never experienced dumping :( any RNY'ers will know what I am talking about. So... if you are in need of a pace partner, friend or someone with similar goals and age to me I'd love to virtually "meet" you! Have a great day! ~ Vicky

    I'm not sure about what you mean by virtually meet you. I am a real live 64 year old woman who is here everyday for mutual support and positive feedback!

    Hi Vicky...I'm 62 and I am here for a second time. I'm aiming more for 30-35 lbs. to lose (I've lost 7 lbs. in the last 2 months). I have CFIDS and fibromyalgia so I have to take exercise a bit slower than most but I do love exercise, especially walking and dancing tapes, and I enjoy encouraging others.
