Hey there. Just a couple weight loss questions. I am 5'3" female, about 170lbs, 28 yrs. I started my weight loss journey again after giving up on myself. My question is about how much I need to be eating. Last time I lost alot of weight, reached my goal by 1200 cal diet and exercising approx 300-500 cal/6 days a week, including turbo jam and chalean extreme mostly. This time I've been hitting it the same way. But I've been feeling some fatigue and losing my motivation (really not wanting to start a workout each day). I'm not sure if I need to be increasing my intake or just keep pushing through. I did it before this way, and I've lost about 12 lbs in 35 days. I'm just not sure it's the best way. Any input?

You can use calorie calculators on sites like scoobysworkshop.com to determine what calorie goals you think would work best. It sounds like 1200 is too little for you. Check out the site. See how many calories you get for a 10% deficit, 15% deficit, 20% deficit, and go from there.
Also, do you eat back your exercise calories? You're supposed to. Most people eat back 50-75% to account for logging errors.0
