Sometimes you just get sick of trying! My weight has gone up and down, it seems like forever. BUT once again I am going to try to kick butt and have 10 pounds off by Christmas. I should go a little more short term, by my bday...Sept 14th(not 10 pounds)5 pounds! I am not asking anyone to be myftiness pal friend, I just wanted to vent. HERE"S TO FEELING GOOD.

    Hi Cleighw53. Welcome!
    I am only starting out myself but so far I'm loving the app! Very easy to use. Have you tried it yet? The barcode scanner is brilliant. If you buy a bunch of things for dinner you can scan them when you are home, add them in to your diary and if you are 'over' your goal. Then go down them one by one to see what you can put back in the fridge and maybe have the next night instead.
    Good luck with your weight loss. It is difficult, but hopefully if you learn from this time the weight will stay off.
