Measurement Goals

Hi everyone! I'm trying to move my focus from a weight goal to change through smaller measurements. Below, please find my current measurements with my measurements from 2 months ago noted in parenthesis right beside the currents.

Can I please hear your thoughts on: 1) is this "normal" progress? If not, what are some best practices for improvement? 2) I need help with my goals - what should I be working towards?

Neck: 12 (12.5)
Waist: 24.75 (26)
Hips: 34.75 (36)
Top of Arm: 9.75 (10)
Top of Thigh: 20 (20)
Bust: 32.5 (35)
Chest: 27.75 (28.5)
Top of Knee: 15.5 (16.5)
Calf: 12.75 (12.5)

That's great shrinking but my question is what is your weight? Are you getting too small? Bust, waist and hips would put you in a healthy weight/ size right now.

This seems like good progress to me! It's nearly impossible to say what is "normal" progress or what you should aim for. Everyone is different and a lot depends on your individual body structure, which is determined by genetics. Some areas might never be as small as someone else, or all your areas might be smaller than everyone. The main thing is to keep making progress.

@meritage4 thank you for the response. I'm roughly 5'3 and 120 or so, I really like to be around 115, but I'm trying to get away from the focus on my weight and more progress through measurements.
