Hey guys, I've been trying really hard lately to eat healthy and exercise but I'm feeling discouraged. Any advice?

    Sounds like your method of weight loss is too restrictive. How many calories do you eat? How many times a week do you workout?

    Hi! When it comes to diet, I try to focus on what I need to add rather than what I need to take away. An example is soda vs water. Instead of saying I can't have the soda, I just drink two glasses of water first. Usually then I'd either drink less soda or none at all. Sometimes it helps to flip how you're thinking about it.

    There are no quick fixes. If you want the weight to come off and stay I believe the trick is lifestyle changes and persistence.

    For exercise make sure it is something or several somethings you enjoy doing and have fun!

    Get some supportive friends.
