My name is Neil and I'm back. I'm a big hoss. 6'2" and 345. Diet plan following: Autoimmune Paleo. Years of bodily neglect and a rambunctious youth have left me with chronic pain in my knees, ankles and feet. I also suffer from chronic plaque psoriasis which attributes to a lot of discomfort. I'm not much for working out: part pain but lazy too. Trying basic walking and soon to try the Diamond Dallas Page Yoga. Husband and father of two young kids. Old enough to know better but too young to feel like this. I know this intro doesn't give you the warm fuzzies but I like to start with the truth.

truth is a great place to start. I am starting over to, add me if you like, I am trying to track food honestly and exercise moderately.1

I've found to make progress we have to face the truth, not always fun and sometimes depressing but a good place to start and make a lifestyle health plan. I also have some health problems, you can read on my profile, but I've been walking the cutting back on portions and have lost 7 lbs. in the last two months...a good start. I'll send a friend request1
