Today was my fitness test with my trainer. I am not sure if i should be excited or disappointed with the results. My main goal is to get fit and healthy. Started with a trainer for motivation and learn how to do more than cardio with proper form two months ago. Starting stats:
Weight. 196.4Lbs
Pushups. 25 in 60seconds
Squats. 35 on 60 seconds
Plank. 45Seconds with questionable form
1000Meter row on top resistance. 4.75 minutes
Todays results.
Weight 191.6 lbs
Pushups. 31In 30 secods
Squats 47in 60 seconds
Plank 92seconds with proper tight form
1000Meter row. 4.4Minutes.
Lost a total of 6inches,,,, 2from my chest

How is this not enough? Your fitness is improving and you are losing inches, so I'm not sure what the problem is?0

Thanks for the support and encouragement. Maybe it is mindset... As hard as work at it, I was hoping to see more improvement, especially on the scale, but I am still hopeful that it will come in time.0

Inches tend to be better proof than the scale.0
