    My title is Business Analyst which doesn't tell you much. I work for a small software company; I write the user manuals and help files, plus other supporting documentation and I also create requirements docs. I help with QA testing, too.

    I'm a technical writer for a large university. I write stuff for both end users and technical documentation for IT people. Used to be a web developer but like writing A LOT more.
