Hello, all (: my name is Anastacia, I'm 19 and hoping this site will help me keep track of my eating and exercise habits, my goal is to be a little healthier and I want to lose about 15-20 pounds as well. I don't think where I'm at now is too bad, but I think I'd feel more confident if I do lose a little more weight and eat a little better. My boyfriend is going to be getting a membership at a nearby gym so we can go together as well, so I'm sure that will help, I've been wanting to go (: I wish everyone luck on their goals!
