Just Wondering ??

Hi all just new to the site , so please excuse my ignorance .
Under exercise I have tried to put Aerial Yoga but it wont accept it under strengthening exercises , I cant add it as there aren't reps as in push ups and sit ups , can you please advice how I add this exercise in so I'm not losing 400 calories being burned off after all every bit counts.

    Add it as cardio. Strength training does not register as calories burned in MFP. Strength training entries are for tracking purposes only.
