DAY 02: Qualitative not Quantitative

Hello MFP!
Each one of us has different fitness goals. And majority of us want to transform from flab to fab.
While working on my body I realized I have been literally testing my willpower and I am enjoying this challenge so much so that I've been watching how much I eat and my workout is directly proportional to my food intake.
I've been drinking a lot of water and pumping my body with vit C (a glass of orange juice) instead of a cola *hurts but helps* :)
I'm on a journey and with MFP and my calorie calculator it has predicted that I will *YAY* reach my weight goals in the next 5 weeks!
