*For 30 days you log the exercise and calories you've eaten for the day
ex. format

Exercise:
(remember, any exercise counts as exercise- if all you can do is go for a ten minute walk, that's ok and I recommend you still log it because it shows that you pushed yourself to do SOMETHING even if you really felt like doing nothing)
*If you must miss a day or two of logging, make sure you log the days that you missed whenever you CAN log them
*You can start this challenge any day from August 11-September 1, just stick to 30 days once you do start
*There's no "calorie goal" or "exercise minimum" the goal is to stay accountable for what you eat and how much you move...and hopefully by logging this everyday, you'll be motivated to make healthier choices and reach whatever health and fitness goals you may have
*Post each day right here on this forum
*Anyone can join, just start logging on here and you're in :)
