Need a little push

I had 200 days logged and 20lbs lost until I went on my honeymoon. Obviously I wasn't going to count calories in Hawaii, but since I've gotten back it's been harder to stick to it. I still have 20 more lbs to go and I'd like to have them gone by the end of the year. Any motivational help?

    I'm back again after a hiatus myself (wish it was something as fun as a honeymoon in Hawaii, but alas, it was just crazy summer shenanigans combined w/ no motivation!). I also want to get to at least 20 lbs down by the end of the year. Let me know if you wanna link up! I'm planning to really use the community here at MFP for motivation and support; I was never really active in the forums before, but I think it's a great tool for seeing that other people are on the same journey you are and can keep you on point with their words and actions!

    Start with maintenance and progress back in. Set mini goals for your self to make it easier.
