    I am pretty much unconcerned with a girls height. I've dated really short girls (4'11") and average (5'6"). Even a girl my height or taller would be fine.

    No preference, there are more important factors.

    this for me to. i'm 5'9 and a half i have gone on a date with a taller girl but it was kinda uncomfortable just because i'm not use to look up

    I'll say it, I'm shallow... I'm 5'8" and prefer 6'. Although I must concur with an earlier poster about peter dinklage so.....obviously not a hard and fast rule there....

    I never really thought of it that much because my husband is 6'1" but I wouldn't be opposed to dating a shorter guy if I could guarantee my husband wouldn't find out.

    I am 6'0" and the tallest girl I ever dated was who has for over 34 years been my wife at 5'2". The shortest was 4'10".

    I've never dated a guy under 5'11. I don't think attraction qualifies as a double standard or shallowness, either you are attracted to the person or you are not. I would date shorter if I met a guy I was attracted to who was less than 5'11, but that has yet to ever happen.

    For a girl it's more like under 5'10. I prefer girls that are about my height or shorter though.

    If I'm dating a girl I prefer them to be somewhere close to my height 5'4". As for guys at least 5'9" the taller the better. :)
    My BF is 5'10" :)

    Pretty sure we had this conversation yesterday. If I were single, it would depend. I've meet a couple of men I was attracted to recently who were 5'4"ish. I'm 5'9" as is my husband.

    Probably 5'8. I am still a little self conscious about my height compared to a guy's height, but that's become less and less of a consideration for dating in the past few years.

    I like above 6 foot but really a true 5 foot 10 it okay too. But I noticed so many men lie about there height. I went on a date with a guy who said he was 6 foot and he was shorter than me and I am 5' 8 so it was just kind of crazy. Yes I know women lie about there weight but height I don't understand it is so easy to see someone is lying!! :)

    My husband is only 5'5", but he's an exception. Generally I prefer taller guys, at least 5'10". I'm only 5'2", but there is something about a taller guy that is just really appealing. I like wearing taller shoes as well, so they would have to at least be my height with heels. Again, exceptions can always be made for the right person :smile:

    I'm 5'9" and prefer the 6'0"+ but I can make an exception based upon personality. Just not shorter than me - then there is no physical chemistry regardless of any other factor.

    Between 4'11 and 5'7 is my hight range that I have been with. I generally prefer short women, but I certainly wouldn't not date someone because they were tall.

    I'm 6'.
