Hey everyone. I'm a 45 year old divorced mother of 2 looking for some fitness buddies to help keep me on track. I lost about 19 pounds a year ago, but have seen about 4 or 5 pounds creep back on. I'm trying to get back into the swing of things with my diet and exercise routine and thought having some friends to keep me motivated would help. I have about 25 pounds I still want to lose so I need all the motivation I can get!
